The group stages of the CAFWCL 2023 will be rounded off tonight in Korhogo and San Pedro as Ampem Darkoa plays against Huracanes while AS Mande entertains ASFAR. Winners will almost take all.

AS Mande of Mali tops the group with 4 points,  Ampem Darkoa follows with 3 points, defending champions ASFAR is in third with 3 points and Huracanes of Equatorial Guinea with 1 point.

All four teams are separated by just 3 points and each team can qualify with a win depending on the results of the other game.

Ampem Darkoa v Huracanes

Time: 8 pm
Venue: Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium,Korhogo

Ampem Darkoa shocked the continent when they came back after going a goal down in the first half to secure a wonderful 2-1 win against the defending champions, ASFAR on matchday 1.

Confidence was high after that win but suffered a calamitous rout against AS Mande of Mali in their second game of the group, losing 3-0.

A win for Ampem Darkoa will automatically qualify them for the semi-finals. Depending on the result of the other game, Ampem Darkoa can qualify with even a draw.

Nana Adarkwa and his ladies are ready to do battle against Huracanes this evening in Korhogo. Huracanes sits bottom of the group hoping to defy all odds and book a place in the semi-finals.

This match promises to be a tight affair as ASFAR would love to make it to the semi-finals to stand any chance of defending their title.

A win for ASFAR and a draw in the Ampem Darkoa’s game will set up all Moroccan affairs in the semi-finals.
