West Ham United standout Mohammed Kudus has unveiled his closest football companion, none other than Southampton winger Kamaldeen Sulemana.

The duo’s connection traces back to their roots at the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, progressing together through Nordsjaelland before reaching the Premier League.

In an interview with West Ham TV, Kudus discussed his integration into East London, crediting his teammate Joseph Anang, a fellow Ghanaian, for invaluable support.

Kudus mentioned, “A lot of the players help, but mostly Joe [Joseph Anang]. He’s Ghanaian, so there’s a natural connection already, so he helped a lot.”

Additionally, he acknowledged the assistance of his best friend, Sulemana, saying, “My friend Kamaldeen Sulemana also plays in Southampton. He’s my best friend, so he also helps a lot with stuff around me, so it’s just calm vibes.”

Beyond his on-field prowess, Kudus shared a personal milestone, revealing that the first thing he did after signing a professional contract was purchase a house for his mother.

The move allowed him to elevate his mother’s living conditions from the slum community of Nima to a more comfortable home, showcasing his pride in providing for his family.

With an impressive tally of 10 goal involvements, including nine goals and one assist, Kudus has become a fan favourite at West Ham, contributing significantly to the team’s success.
