Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of former Great Olympics captain Razak Kasim.
The Porcupines are keen to bolster their defensive midfield options and have identified Kasim as the ideal candidate for the role.
The 30-year-old midfielder is currently a free agent after leaving Great Olympics at the end of the season and has agreed a two-year deal with the Porcupines in the ongoing transfer window.
The Black Galaxies midfielder will be part of Kotoko European pre-season tour later this month.
Kotoko beat off competition from Hearts of Oak to capture Kasim.
Kasim featured in 30 games for Great Olympics in the just-ended season, showcasing his skills and versatility in midfield.
If he joins Kotoko, he will be looking to make a big impact in the Ghana Premier League next season.
Kasim becomes the fourth after Sudanese duo Esmat Abdalhamid, AbdoelKarem AbdoelRahman, Emmanuel Antwi and Emmanuel Boahen.
