Ghanaian defender Joseph Ablorh has expressed his delight after completing a move to Asante Kotoko, signing a two-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors on Wednesday, July 17th.
“It’s a great privilege to join Asante Kotoko, a club with such a rich history and passionate supporters,” Ablorh told the club. “As a Ghanaian, returning home to play for this prestigious club is a dream come true for me.”
Ablorh, known for his robust tackling and aerial dominance, was a standout performer for Hafia FC, earning him a place in the Guinean League’s best XI for the 2020/2021 season.
His impressive displays have earned him a move to Kotoko, who have been actively rebuilding their squad after losing several players at the end of last season.
The acquisition of Ablorh is seen as a significant step in strengthening Kotoko’s defensive line, and the player is excited to make his mark with his new team.
