Ghanaian forward Zubairu Ibrahim delivered a standout performance for FK Partizan Belgrade, scoring twice in their dramatic 4-3 comeback victory over FK Novi Pazar in the Serbian Super Liga. The former Ghana U20 captain played a key role in helping his team overturn a two-goal deficit on Monday at Gradski Stadion.

Novi Pazar initially took charge, with Uros Djuranovic opening the scoring in the 16th minute, followed by a second goal from Dragan Bojat after a well-executed team move.

Ibrahim sparked Partizan’s comeback in the 38th minute, pouncing on a rebound to pull one back. Soon after, Stefan Kovac equalized just before halftime, setting the stage for an exciting second half.

In the 74th minute, Ibrahim struck again, this time finishing off a pass from Bibras Natcho to give Partizan the lead. Though Djuranovic equalized for Novi Pazar ten minutes later, Kovac sealed the win for Partizan with a stoppage-time goal, assisted by Ghayas Zahid.

Ghanaian midfielder Leonard Owusu also impressed, playing the full 90 minutes and contributing significantly to Partizan’s midfield.

Since joining Partizan from Jedinstvo Ub this summer, Ibrahim has been in fine form, scoring four goals in eight league appearances. His latest performance highlights his growing influence in the Serbian top flight.
