Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Ogum is calling on supporters to turn out in full force when the Porcupine Warriors take on Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium on April 11.

Ogum believes that the passionate presence of the fans at their home ground will provide the much-needed boost for his players, especially after the team’s recent demanding trip for their match against Heart of Lions.

Reflecting on the effects of the travel, the Kotoko boss admitted that the squad has been feeling the toll. However, he remains confident that the energy from the stands can help the players push through fatigue and deliver a strong showing.

“We are going to play at Baba Yara, which is our home grounds, so they should come in their numbers and we will be ready to deliver,” Ogum urged, highlighting how critical fan support will be on the day.

Currently sitting at the top of the Ghana Premier League table with 46 points from 25 games, Kotoko are eyeing another vital win to maintain their momentum.
