Ghanaian teenager Ezekiel Kwame Alladoh is quickly making a name for himself in Sweden, just months after making the switch from Accra Lions FC to IF Brommapojkarna. His strong performances in the Allsvenskan have already drawn attention from top European clubs, including teams from the English Premier League.
The 19-year-old striker, who joined the Swedish side in January, has been in fine form, scoring in back-to-back league matches. After his goal against IK Sirius, Alladoh found the net again in Brommapojkarna’s thrilling 3-2 win over IFK Värnamo—a match reportedly attended by scouts from two Premier League clubs.
His impact hasn’t gone unnoticed within the squad, as both teammates and coaching staff are full of praise for the rising talent.
“He has all the attributes to be a great player. Anyone who knows football realizes that he possesses something special,” said goalkeeper Davor Blazevic in an interview with FotbollDirekt. “Second one in Allsvenskan on his agenda now, and that will make him more self-assured. Well, for him, well for us.”
Manager Fredrik Landen also acknowledged Alladoh’s high ceiling but urged patience when considering the next step in the striker’s career.
“Of course, he is eye-catching. The prospect is very, very high,” Landen stated. “It’s a bloody great step to go from a Scandinavian league to the Premier League, but sometimes the best clubs sign players on in the long term without bringing players straight into the first team.”
