Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has been granted conditional bail after appearing in a UK court over rape and sexual assault charges.
The 32-year-old Ghanaian footballer is accused of five counts of rape involving two women and one count of sexual assault involving a third woman. The alleged incidents happened between 2021 and 2022 while he was playing for Arsenal.
His bail conditions include no contact with the alleged victims and reporting any changes in residence or travel. His next court appearance is scheduled for September 2 at the Old Bailey.
Partey denies all charges and says he looks forward to clearing his name.
