The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa, has given strong assurance that Ghanaian football fans from every part of the country will be fully represented at the upcoming World Cup.
Addressing concerns about favoritism in selecting supporters for international tournaments, the Minister stressed that no Ghanaian will be sidelined on the basis of politics, ethnicity, or social background.
According to him, arrangements have been made to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
He emphasized, “Provisions have been made for Ghanaian football fans across the nation, regardless of political affiliation or tribal background, to be well represented at the World Cup.”
The Minister added that the goal is to unite the nation behind the Black Stars and give supporters a chance to rally behind their team on the global stage.
More details on the selection and travel procedures are expected in the coming weeks.
