The Porcupine Warriors earned their place in this stage after a thrilling 2-1 comeback victory over Future Stars in the Round of 64. King Faisal also progressed, securing a win against Police National.
In other notable fixtures, two-time winners Medeama SC are set to challenge Bibiani Gold Stars, while Nations FC will host FC AshantiGold 04 in what promises to be an exciting contest.
Tamale City will face Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, and Heart of Lions will clash with Na God FC in another eagerly anticipated matchup. Meanwhile, Port City from Division One League Zone Three will travel to Kukurantumi to play last season’s semi-finalists, Attram De Visser Academy.
