Twenty-One (21) year-old predatory Ghanaian striker David Osei has completed a transfer move to SK Artis Brno Czech Republic.
The former CD Leganés striker joins the new club for more playing time as he targets a massive career breakthrough in Europe in the coming seasons.
“I’m looking forward to joining the training, even though it’s really cold. I’ve never experienced such a temperature before, and it’s also the first time I’ve seen snow in real life… Last year I wasn’t far from a short engagement in Vyškov, but the Czech Republic only really caught on now and I’m looking forward to a new challenge in Artis. His interest and actions seemed very professional and I think I’ll definitely move forward in football here,” David Osei confided after arriving from Vienna Airport to Brno.
Vlastimil Chytrý, sports director of SK Artis Brno, also shared his thoughts about the arrival of the Ghanaian international.
“David is a fast type of player who is able to operate on both wings. In all youth categories, he collected a lot of points for goals and assists, which is one of the most important criteria for an offensive player in today’s football. He comes from Spanish Leganés and his previous adaptation to European football is also important for us. He is another young and promising player and I believe that he will also help us achieve our goals,”.
