Charles is a left-footed winger, known for his speed and technical ability. Thanks to his versatility, he can operate on both the left and right flank.
The German player with Ghanaian roots came through the youth academies of Hannover 96 and Borussia Dortmund, before joining Borussia Mönchengladbach in the summer of 2024.
