Chinese Super League side Dalian Yingbo Haifa, have completed the signing of Ghanaian international Frank Acheampong ahead of the upcoming season for an undisclosed fee.

Acheampong, 32, joins Dalian on a one-year deal after leaving fellow Super League outfit Henan FC at the end of the season.

The former RSC Anderlecht star scored an incredible 14 goals last season for Henan FC and also delivered three assists, underlining his status as one of the league’s most dangerous attackers.

Despite Henan FC wanting to keep him with fresh contract, the 2015 African Cup of Nations finalist, has chosen to continue his career elsewhere with Dalian Yingbo Haifa.

Frank Acheampong historically powered Henan FC to the Chinese FA final last season, where they lost 3:0 to League Champions Beijing Guoan.
