Fuseini Moro, Vice Chair of Hearts of Oak, has criticized the team’s current performances, saying the club plays like “Liberty Professionals and Tema Youth” despite being “like Barcelona and Real Madrid” in reputation.
Moro warned that the gap between the team’s prestigious history and its on-field display is alarming, adding, “The league is over for Hearts of Oak this season if this continues.” His comments reflect growing frustration among fans and management as the club struggles to live up to expectations in the Ghana Premier League.
Football analysts say Moro’s blunt assessment is a call for urgent improvement, highlighting the need for discipline, strategy, and a winning mentality to restore Hearts of Oak to its former glory.
The team had struggled for consistency this season in the Premier League and has failed to score at home for four consecutive games with just one win in last seven matches in the Ghana Premier League.
