Signed jerseys donated by Reece James and Idrissa Gana Gueye have helped raise funds toward the completion of the Christian Atsu School in Ghana, a project created to honour the legacy of the late Christian Atsu.
The Chelsea FC captain and the Everton FC midfielder each donated autographed jerseys as part of a fundraising initiative aimed at supporting the development of the school building.
The shirts have now been beautifully framed and displayed within the school, serving as a lasting reminder of the generosity shown by the two football stars.
Beyond their monetary contribution, the gesture symbolizes football’s power to unite people and support meaningful causes. The donation continues to celebrate Atsu’s vision of creating opportunities for children through education.
Today, the framed jerseys stand proudly inside the school, inspiring the young students who pass by them every day and keeping alive the spirit and dream of Christian Atsu.
