Medeama SC’s promising youngster Kelvin Nkrumah is currently on trial with English Championship side Hull City, as the highly rated teenager continues his push toward European football.
The 18-year-old midfielder has been identified as one of Ghana’s brightest emerging talents following his impressive rise through the ranks in recent years.
Nkrumah played a key role in Ghana’s success at the 2023 African Games in Accra, where the Black Satellites secured gold under the guidance of current Black Stars assistant coach Desmond Ofei.
He later featured in domestic competitions as part of the team’s build-up to qualification for the 2024 U20 Africa Cup of Nations, although he ultimately missed out on selection for the final tournament in Egypt.
Despite that setback, the youngster’s development continued to attract attention, earning him a maiden senior national team call-up during the Kirin Cup in November 2025.
Now, his trial with Hull City represents a major opportunity to impress and potentially secure a move to European football as he looks to take the next step in his career.
