Samuel Boadu has been appointed as the new head coach of Aduana Stars ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The experienced Ghanaian tactician joins the Dormaa-based club following the expiration of his contract with Berekum Chelsea and takes over from Cioba Aristica.
Aduana Stars announced the appointment as part of efforts to strengthen the team’s technical direction and improve its competitiveness ahead of the new campaign.
Boadu is widely known for guiding Hearts of Oak to a Ghana Premier League and FA Cup double in 2021. He also managed Berekum Chelsea, leading the club to an eighth-place finish in the recently concluded league season.
The former Raja Club Athletic assistant coach now faces the challenge of rebuilding Aduana Stars and steering the club back into contention for major honours after a ninth-place finish in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
Club officials are hopeful that his experience, tactical expertise, and winning pedigree will help Aduana Stars mount a strong title challenge in the upcoming season.
