Meanwhile, Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has not travelled with the team as he continues his rehabilitation from a quadriceps injury.
The Black Stars midfielder remains on an individual recovery programme and is yet to regain full fitness after suffering a setback during his rehabilitation earlier this year. The injury also ruled him out of Ghana’s campaign at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
