Jeremiah Berkeley-Agyepong, the 17-year-old Ghanaian-English prospect, has joined Reading FC on a two-year deal after signing his first professional contract.
The left-sided youngster, who can play as either a winger or left-back, developed at Chelsea, where he spent eight years after joining the club at the age of eight.
Berkeley-Agyepong then moved to Ipswich Town, featuring for both their Under-18 and Under-21 teams during the previous season.
Known for his explosive pace and versatility, the teenager will now begin a new chapter of his career in Berkshire as he looks to establish himself in professional football.
His development at two Premier League academies before earning his first professional contract highlights the growing potential of the Ghanaian-eligible youngster.
