Ghanaian midfielder Rahim Ibrahim made his UEFA Champions League debut as Slovan Bratislava suffered a heavy 6-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
Ibrahim was on the pitch for 60 minutes during the difficult outing against the French champions.
The Ghanaian recorded three duels won, made two clearances and completed three recoveries in his first appearance in Europe’s elite club competition.
Despite his individual defensive contributions, Ibrahim could not prevent Slovan Bratislava from conceding six goals as PSG secured a convincing victory.
It was a challenging introduction to Champions League football for the Ghanaian midfielder.
