Ghanaian forward Kelvin Ofori has expressed excitement after completing his transfer move to Greek side Atromitos for the next two years.
Atromitos made another transfer by signing 25-year-old winger Kelvin Ofori, who signed a two-year contract. The Ghanaian ace came to Peristeri as a free agent from Slovan Bratislava.

Atromitos FC announces the acquisition of Kelvin Ofori, strengthening its attacking midfield with a player who stands out for his speed, explosiveness and one-on-one ability.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian midfielder comes to Peristeri as a free agent from Slovan Bratislava and is another addition aimed at providing quality, intensity and creativity to the team’s attacking play.
Ofori is left-footed and can play with equal ease on the right side, from where he converges towards the axis, behind the striker and as a number ten.
Last season, he played in the first half of the season with Slovan Bratislava, scoring three goals in 14 appearances, while in the second half he was loaned to Olimpia Ljubljana, where he recorded one goal and two assists in 13 matches.
His move to Slovan was the next step after an excellent season with Spartak Trnava. In the 2024-25 season, he scored 11 goals and five assists in 35 league and cup matches, while he also had two goals and two assists in the UEFA Conference League. In total, in 2.5 years with Spartak Trnava, he scored 16 goals and eight assists in 75 appearances.
Kelvin Ofori took his first steps in football at Ghana’s renowned Right to Dream academy, before moving to Europe to join Fortuna Düsseldorf. He was then loaned to Paderborn before continuing his career in Slovakia.
Now, the new challenge of his career lies in Peristeri, with him expressing his excitement about this step in his career.

What was the key point in the negotiations? That is, the one that convinced you to come to Atromitos?
“Everyone played a very important role in getting me here and signing for Atromitos. The president, Mr. Angelopoulos, Mr. Kerkez. They called me, they sent me messages, they did everything, they explained everything I needed.
They made me want to come and I’m very happy. It was the best, strongest choice for me. Everyone’s approach was impressive!”
What are the strongest features in your game?
“I like to dribble, go one-on-one, attack the opponent and help my team score. I think that’s my biggest asset.”
Would you like to send a message to the team?
“I want to tell them that I would like to see them on the field, for as many people as possible to come and support us. We, for our part, will do everything we can to play good football and get the results we want. It’s still early, the championship has just started and we will do everything we can to do the best we can. Let’s go, Fearless!”
