Ghanaian midfielder Joshua Tenkorang continued his impressive goalscoring run in Italy after finding the net in Ravenna’s emphatic 4-0 victory over Vis Pesaro in Serie C Group B on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
The 26-year-old midfielder came off the bench to deliver another important contribution, scoring Ravenna’s fourth goal to complete a commanding away performance at the Stadio Tonino Benelli.
Ravenna established their dominance early in the encounter, with Lorenzo Lonardi opening the scoring in the eighth minute to put the visitors ahead.
Matteo Maggio then took centre stage, scoring twice in quick succession to strengthen Ravenna’s advantage. He found the net in the 10th minute before adding his second goal in the 27th minute, giving his side a comfortable 3-0 lead before half-time.
Vis Pesaro struggled to mount a comeback after the break as Ravenna maintained control of the contest.
Tenkorang was introduced in the 64th minute and needed only six minutes to make his mark, scoring in the 70th minute to extend the lead to four goals and seal the victory for the visitors.
The goal further underlined his growing importance to Ravenna, who have been enjoying a productive spell as they pursue promotion from Italy’s third tier.
Tenkorang has now scored four goals in 11 league appearances this season, maintaining his reputation as a midfielder capable of contributing regularly in the final third.
His latest strike also continues a productive period in front of goal, having previously scored against Campobasso, Ostiamare, Perugia and Forlì in recent weeks and months.
The convincing victory strengthens Ravenna’s position near the top of the Serie C Group B standings as they seek to sustain their promotion challenge.
With his goalscoring form continuing, Tenkorang will be hoping to maintain his momentum and help Ravenna build on their strong performances in the coming matches.
