Macron Ghana the new partners of the Ghana Football Association has threatened to sue any person that tag them as “fake company” after section of the media raised questions about the authenticity of the sportswear firm.
According Mr. Abdul Karim the assistant CEO of the firm, Macron Ghana is a household name of two legally emerged companies Procal Link Company Limited and Koreen Kalaga Enterprise which has the right to represent the Italian sporting apparel company Macron in the country.
“Macron Ghana is a household name to our two legally registered companies, namely Procal Link Company Limited and Koreen Kalaga Enterprise and we have registered all this company at the registrar general department” – deputy CEO of Macron Ghana Abdul Karim told Atinka FM.
“We can’t use Macron name without informing them and we have the right to sue those describing us as a fake company, they should be very careful. If you say we are fake you will have to prove it” he cautioned.
