Scientific Soccer Lads, Dansoman Liberty Professionals share the spoils at the Alhaji Sly Tetteh Park in Dansoman on Saturday afternoon in the Ghana Premier League.
The Dansoman-based club welcomed the Techiman Lads to their home grounds for the week three encounter of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
Liberty were close to breaking the deadlock of the match on the 36th minute of the match but George Ansong’s header was just inches wide.
Two minutes to the end of the opening half, George Osei put the visitors 1-0 up on the 43rd minute but the hosts reacted quickly with a swift response when Kwaku Karikari scored on the stroke of half time to make it 1-1 before the break.
The second half of the match was full of fire works with both teams creating a lot of good goal scoring opportunities but failed to capitalize on their numerous chances.
It finished 1-1 at Dansoman as the visitors picked a point on the road to remain unbeaten in three games and moves to the top of the league log temporarily with five points from three games drawing two away games and winning one so far.
On the other hand, the Dansoman-based club are without a win in three games after drawing all their games this season after two home games and one away game respectively.
