English lower tier side Dover Athletic Football Club have signed former Birmingham City midfielder Koby Arthur.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian featured in Dover’s pre-season games against Watford and Tonbridge Angels, where he scored our first goal after just 17 seconds in the 4-0 win.
Arthur made 16 appearances in all competitions for Birmingham, including 12 in the Championship after making his debut against Wolves in April 2013.
During his time with the Blues, Arthur, who will wear the number 22 shirt for Andy Hessenthaler’s side, also spent time on loan with League 2 Cheltenham Town and Lincoln City in the National League.
After being released by Birmingham, Arthur joined Macclesfield Town and was a member of their National League winning team in the 2017/2018 season.
He featured in 20 League 2 games for the Silkmen the following season, making 25 appearances in all competitions, before leaving the club at the end of the campaign.
He joined National League North side Kidderminster Harriers ahead of the 2020/21 season making 12 appearances in all competitions before the season was cancelled.
