Ghana international David Accam’s agent Phil Radley insists his client is not leaving Chicago Fire for a fresh deal in Sweden.
The former Helsingborg top scorer has been linked with a return to the Swedish top flight league.
Accam, 26, left Helsingborgs IF in 2014 to join Chicago Fire in the Major Soccer League [MSL]
Though several reports suggest Accam would be considering a return to the Allsvenskan after clubs inquired about his situation in winter.
‘’There is nothing I know, we have at least not been in contact with a Swedish club. There has been interest in him, but from other European leagues. At present there are no concrete’’. said his agent,Phil Radley to the site.
According to the Black Stars forward’s winger agent, Accam has no plans to leave the MLS side for the Allsvenskan.
‘’To be completely honest, it’s probably not interesting for David, at least not at present.’’
‘’Accam has a contract next season and that’s what we paid for from that he remains in the MLS, FIFA agent Phil Radley told fotbolldirekt.se.
