Sporting Director for Dutch team Ado Den Haag, Martin Jol believes Robin Polley playing on loan will help him in football maturity.
Speaking after sending the young Ghana International out on loan to Eerste Divisie FC Dordrecht, the vast experience football manager stated why it is in the interest of the Ghanaian to be playing in the Netherlands second tier.
Martin Jol (Head of Technical Heart): “It is good for Polley if the player makes, even more, playing time in the Kitchen Champion Division.
“His next loan period at FC Dordrecht gives him the opportunity to gain even more experience and playing time”, he said.
According to Jol, the Ghanaian has been tied to the club for a long team due to his abilities and it is also a right step for the player to play on loan to help his development.
“We already saw last year that the weekly playing rhythm allows him to make good steps towards ‘football maturity’. He can now continue that so that an even stronger version of Polley returns”, he added.
The 21-year-old made his debut in the first team of ADO Den Haag in last season’s game against PSV Eindhoven.
