No Black Stars player made the list of CAF best team announced of the first round of the ongoing Nations Cup in Gabon.
Both Christian Atsu and Thomas Teye Partey who won man of the match awards in the Black Stars first two games respectively made the cut announced by the Confederation of African Football [CAF]
The group stages came to an end on Wednesday with the next round set to for Saturday and Friday.
The following players made the team of the group stages. Tunisia and Egypt dominate with two players each.

Defenders:
Ahmed Fathi (Egypt), Ahmed Hegazy (Egypt), Modou Kara Mbodji (Senegal) and Hamza Mendyl (Morocco).
