The on-loan Swansea City forward has nothing but full of praise for his playing mates in their Afcon penultimate qualifiers win over the Walia ibex on Sunday.
Black Stars deputy skipper Andre Ayew has lauded his team-mates following their 2-0 hard-fought victory against the Walias of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.
The former Olympique Marseille midfield kingpin was instrumental for the West African giants having unleased an incisive pass to Levante forward Emmanuel Boateng which resulted into a spot-kick and was converted by Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew.
The second department of the encounter was turbulent for the four-time African champions and had to deal with an abnormal altitude to stay resolute in order to keep hopes of making their eighth Afcon successive appearances intact.
However, the resiliency shown by Ayew and his team-mates during the game left the Fenerbahce man impressed and has taken to twitter to express his joy over their hard-fought victory and commended his charges effort in annexing the maximum points at stake.
