Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah has opted to join Serie A newcomers Empoli after reaching a deal to leave his club, Gianluca Dimarzio reports.
The Ghana international was considering a move to his former club Parma and Udinese who launched a late bid to sign him.
Acquah has been playing with Torino since 2015 and his contract is due to expire next summer.
The 26-year midfielder is leaving Turin to move permanently to Empoli.
There are only a few details left between the two clubs, and then there will be the white smoke.
The Ghanaian international is reported to have agreed a three-year deal with option for a fourth and worth €2.5m.
