19-year-old Ghanaian versatile forward, Kamaldeen Sulemana properly added some ‘euros’ to his price tag after scoring again for FC Nordsjaelland in their draw at FC Copenhagen.
The Ghanaian teenager hit the back of the net once again to help the Wild Tigers claim a point in the Danish league on Sunday away at powerhouse, Copenhagen.
Black Stars winger Kamaldeen Sulemana was in a his element and continued with his unstoppable good run of form in the Danish Superliga with a goal as Nordsjaelland held Copenhagen to a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Sulemana scored on the stroke of half-time to draw his side level after they went behind in the first time inside the first half in the matchday 25 fixture at Parken, the home grounds of the Denmark giants.
The inform youngster’s strike was his fourth goal in his last three matches, having drawn blank since November until the last three matches. In all, he has registered eight goals and three assists so far this campaign.
Kamaldeen’s latest strike comes just as media reports emerged that French side Olympique Lyonnais have a Keen interest in his services, joining a queue that reportedly includes Dutch giants Ajax, German outfit Bayer Leverkusen and English duo Manchester United and Newcastle United respectively.
Lukas Lerager gave Copenhagen the lead in the 10th minute, but the Ghana international, who was the victim of a dangerous challenge from Nicolai Boilesen in the 18th minute which resulted in a red card, drew FCN level on the stroke of half-time, having been set up by Oliver Marc Rose-Villadsen with his right-footed shot finding the center of the goal from inside the goal area.
Copenhagen, despite being a man down kept pushing forward and were rewarded on the hour mark when Peter Ankersen put the ball into the back of the net to make it 2-1 to his side as his shot from the right side of the box found the bottom left corner.
Into stoppage time of the highly entertaining game, Ivorian Simon Adingra was set up by Oliver Antman to make it 2-2 as his shot went straight into the top left corner.
The Ghanaian came close to stealing all three points for the away team seconds after the equalizer but his effort went just wide.
Kamaldeen, reportedly came close to leaving the Red and Yellows in the winter transfer window and might be on his way out of the club in the 2021 summer.
