Ajax Amsterdam coach Erik ten Hag has hinted that Ghana star Mohammed Kudus ‘could be a logical choice’ for Thursday’s UEFA Europa League game against Young Boys.
The Dutch giants will host Youngs Boys from Switzerland in the first leg of the Europ League round of 16 game and the Ghanaian star according to his manager could feature in the game.
The gaffer was full of praise for the Ghanaian midfielder after an impressive display against Groningen over the weekend.
“Kudus played an excellent game against Groningen. Exactly what we needed. He could be a logical choice for tomorrow’s game.” Erik ten Hag said.
The 20-year-old was put at the base of midfield with Gravenberch and he did a fantastic job there. Kudus recently returned for a meniscus injury which sidelined him for over a month.
