Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Charles Akunnor, says he has diagrammed a strategy to stun Nkana FC on matchday three of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Ghanaian giants will travel to Zambia to battle Nkana FC in Group C match day three on 24 February, 2019 at the Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.
Akunnor, indicates his team has a tactical plan against their counterparts and they anticipate to come out with respectable outcome on the match day.
“We have our game plan against Nkana FC and hopefully it will work out perfectly for us and subsequently. We have seen their game against Al Hilal and Zesco so we have a fair idea about the team,” he told Accra-based Happy FM.
Regarding the result of the game, he mentioned that the team aims to at least depart Zambia with a point.
“I won’t be able to tell if we can win, lose or draw but we are going with the aim of winning or getting at least a draw”
Kotoko, are third in Group C with 3 points after two matches played.
Nkana FC sealed a 2-1 victory over Al Hilal on Wednesady at the Nkana Stadim in Kitwe.
