Ghana U-20 midfielder, Issahaku Abdul Fatawu has been given $5,000 from Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo Following the youngsters exploits in Mauritania.
Akufo-Addo, after rewarding the entire team with $330,000.00 dashed out another $5,000 to the Division One League side Steadfast FC Versatile playmaker for emerging as the best player of the tournament.
The 16-year-old Issahaku Abdul Fatawu was named the Most Valuable Player of the just concluded 2021 CAF U20 Cup of Nations.
