Swansea City deputy captain, Andre Ayew was on target in the English Championship on Saturday afternoon at the Liberty Station against Huddersfield Town.
The 31-year-old grabbed his second goal of the season from the spot in his team’s loss at home.
Harry Toffolo broke the game’s duck on the 23rd minutes for Huddersfield before Ayew’s 33rd minutes strike from the spot leveled matters for the Swans.
On the 67th minutes, Josh Koroma restored the visitors lead to put 2-1 up with a little over 20 minutes left to play.
The Jack Army’s could not find their way back into the game and succumbed to their first defeat of the season after five games.
Ayew has two goals one assist in the English Championship this season.
