Former Black Stars midfield anchor, Anthony Annan was in action for FC Inter Turku in the Finnish top-flight on Sunday evening against FC Lathi.
The 34-year-old Ghanaian midfielder scored his first goal of the season for his club in their 3-0 drubbing of visitors FC Lahti.
The former Accra Hearts of Oak midfield-gem, Annan broke the deadlock of the match on the 29th minutes in the first half to give the host a 1-0 lead going into the break.
Six minutes into the second half, Timo Furuholm added the second goal for the home team to double their advantage.
Benjamin Källman added the icing on the cake by scoring the third goal of the match to put his 3-0 up with five minutes left on the clock.
Annan lasted the 90 minutes and spearheaded his team to a comfortable home win on Sunday in the Finnish top-flight.
The Ghanaian playmaker has a goal in 12 games for his side this season.
