Ghanaian international, Thomas Partey has reportedly penned a four-year contract with English Premier League side Arsenal FC, a source close to the player told SPORTSworldGhana.com.
The 27-year-old central-midfielder who is the Deputy Captain of the Black Stars is reported to have completed his medicals on Monday at the University of Navarra medical center in Spain ahead of his imminent move to England.
The Ghana international has scored 12 goals in 132 appearances for the Madrid-based team in all competitions and would bring stability to the middle of Arsenal’s team.
Partey has 10 goals in 27 games for the National Team and is an integral member of the four times Africa champions.
Arsenal have reportedly paid the release clause of €50m for the transfer of the player and the deal is expected to be announced in few hours time.
