Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan is enraged over the cold blooded murder of a young military commander at Diaso in the Denkyira West District of the Central region on Monday.

Captain Maxwell Mahama was lynched by the locals after they allegedly mistook him for an armed robber while jogging at dawn with a pistol on his side.

Ghanaians have generally condemned the mob justice as the Ghana Armed Forces scour for the culprits.

The Al Ahli Dubai striker condemned the menace of instant justice, saying “such has gone on for far too long.”

The 31-year-old former Al Ain arrow head tweeted after the lynching:

NEVER AGAIN GHANA! Doing this to our own blood? such has gone on for far too long. Let’s all come together to end such horrific acts ASAP.
