Brazil and Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC playmaker, Fabio Gama Da Silva bagged his first Man-Of-The-Match award after mouth-watering display against toothless Bechem United FC.
The 28-year-old attacking midfielder set up Kotoko’s first goal of the match for Ismail Abdul Ganiu to score his first goal of the season for the Red and Whites on the 13th minute from free-kick.
Inside the 43rd minute mark, Gama scored his second goal of the season and Kotoko’s second in the game to give the home team a comfortable lead before the break.
After a well deserved victory over the visitors, the Asante Kotoko marksman was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match for the first time in the current campaign.
Asante Kotoko went on to beat the Hunters 4-0 at their new home at the Len Clay Stadium as Francis Andy Kumi and Michael Vincius Silva da Morais added two goals in the second half.
Gama has two goals and four assists in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League for the Porcupine Warriors since his move to the Kumasi-based club before the start of the season.
