Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have named a 26-man squad for the 2019 CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Africa’s club of the 20th century submitted their squad on Wednesday night to meet the deadline set by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
With the competition starting next month, Coach CK Akonnor has hurriedly made some signings to revamp his squad for the cagey assignment.
The list included former Medeama goalkeeper Muntari Tagoe and other new signings namely Maxwell Baakoh, Kwame Bonsu, Naby Laby Keita, Martin Antwi, Ismail Abdul Ganiu, Umar Bashiru, and Abass Mohammed – who joined the Kumasi-based club recently.
