Captain Joseph Gordon of Asokwa Deportivo SC was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match in his team’s 0-0 stalemate at Swedru against All Blacks on Sunday.
The former Medeama SC midfielder joined his Boyhood club before the start of this season and has been in fine form for the Kumasi-based Division One League side.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian midfielder bossed the midfield and anchored the middle of the field for his team as he helped them to pick a point on the road in their first game of the second round of the 2020-21 Ghana Division One League against a stubborn All Blacks team.
With his commanding display in the game, the vastly experienced midfielder was named the Most Valuable Player for a second time this season in the Ghana Second Tier League.
Gordon has played 12 games for the Allah is Great side and has three goals and three assists to his name this campaign.
