Dutch-born Ghanaian kid Avery Appiah was on target for Ajax Under 17 in midweek as they lost by two goals to one against PSV in a preseason friendly.
Appiah who was playing his first game for the Under 17 side handed Ajax the lead but PSV came strongly into the game scoring twice as they won the highly-entertaining clash.
The talented youngster of Ghanaian parentage bossed the Ajax midfield and was a delight to watch with his ability to protect the back four and also join the attack.
Appiah, 15, gained promotion to manager Yuri Rose team this summer and he is expected to play a key role in the coming season.
