Ghanaian international midfielder Thomas Partey has once again emerged as a top target for Barcelona as they gear up for the summer transfer window.

Previously eyed by the Catalan giants during the January 2024 transfer window, Partey remained on their radar despite the club’s passive pursuit at the time.

According to Catalan journalist Adrian Sanchez, Barcelona has reinstated Partey on their shortlist for potential summer transfers.

Barcelona’s interest in the versatile midfielder extends to a potential loan deal, with reports indicating a strong preference for Partey among the club’s shortlisted options.

Meanwhile, Arsenal appears open to offers for the former Atletico Madrid star, valuing him between £20 to £25 million.

In the event of Partey’s departure, Arsenal has reportedly set their sights on Aston Villa’s midfield talent Douglas Luiz as a potential replacement.

Partey, who joined Arsenal in 2020, is currently in the final year of his contract with the North London club, adding intrigue to his potential summer move.
