Sacked Hearts of Oak striker Bernard Arthur, has rendered an unqualified apology to Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Edward Nii Odoom after he described him as being coward with no balls.
The former Liberty Professional forward, in an interview with Accra-based Asempa FM, used some unprintable words to describe the former Tema Youth after he was put on transfer over his abysmal display with Hearts of Oak.
Arthur, who is currently with Great Olympics, upon sober reflection, has retracted and apologized to his former coach for the disrespectful conduct.
“Had some documentary and some words I used towards Accra Hearts of Oak coach Mr Odoom wasn’t appropriate,’’ wrote Bernard Arthur on his Facebook wall.
” I take this time to apologize to Him and all people whom felt affected. We not perfect as humans so in one way or the other we might fall at fault. Sometimes in life you need to spit some pains out to go way new life.”
Arthur, 24, was signed by Kim Grant at the beginning of the season but failed to impress at the club, forcing the technical handlers to release him.
