Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah substained an early minute injury during Kayserispor’s 2-2 draw with Besiktas in the Turkish SupaLig on Saturday.
Kayserispor had to quickly substitute the Ghanaian international after being dealt with a big blow in the 33rd minute after picking an injury.
The 24-year-old tried to play through the pain impediment but had to be replaced by Turkish midfielder Acer Hassan.
The Blood and Gold lads managed to end the game with a 2-2 draw despite the exit of their star boy.
The Atletico Madrid asset took to his twitter handle to congratulate his teammates for the efforts they exhibited in the game.
He wrote: ”It hurts I couldn’t continue .. great team work .. congrats team .. love you all @KayserisporFK will come back stronger.”
