Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah scored for Turkish giant Besiktas JK for the first time since joining on loan from Kayserispor on Friday.
The lanky but skillful midfielder was on the score sheet for the Eagles as they brush aside Turkish Super Lig team Antalyaspor in a pre-season friendly.
Two minutes into the game and Besiktas were already in front through a nice finish from Atakan Uner to put the Black and Whites ahead.
On the 39th minutes mark, Mensah scores his maiden goal for the Turkish top-flight side to bring the score to 2-0 before the break.
Ilkay Isler added the icing on the cherry six minutes to full time when he notched home Besiktas third as the Eagles cruised to a comfortable 3 – 0 friendly win.
