Fortuna Dusseldorf forward Bernard Tekpetey, has been ruled out his side’s match against Paderborn this weekend due to injury.
Tekpetey will be on the sidelines as the top-flight makes a return for the first time in two months due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the world.
This was confirmed by Uwe Rosler on Thursday at a pre-match press conference.
“For Dawid Kownacki, Bernard Tekpetey and Zack Steffen the game comes too early after their injuries,” he said.
Dussedorf, are currently facing relegation as they sit just one position above the dreaded zone with 11 matches left to play.
Tekpetey, 22, who is on loan from Schalke 04, has made nine league appearances so far this campaign.
