Besiktas JK have set their sights on England international of Ghanaian descent Callum Hudson-Odoi as part of an ambitious recruitment drive ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Turkish giants are actively seeking to strengthen their squad this summer, with the 24-year-old Nottingham Forest winger emerging as a prime target. Sources indicate that Besiktas have already made initial contact with Hudson-Odoi in an attempt to convince him to make the move to the Turkish Süper Lig, though the player is yet to respond to their approach.
Hudson-Odoi, who joined Forest from Chelsea in 2023, has two years remaining on his current deal, which runs until the summer of 2026. While the former Borussia Dortmund loanee is reportedly happy at the City Ground and open to continuing his Premier League career, Forest are believed to be willing to consider offers at the right price.
The Midlands club could opt to cash in on the winger to help fund their pursuit of Strasbourg attacker Dilane Bakwa. Forest have already submitted a second bid, worth around €31 million, for the former Bordeaux star, though Racing Club Strasbourg have yet to respond.
Besiktas, meanwhile, view Hudson-Odoi’s pace, creativity, and top-flight experience as assets that could significantly boost their attacking options as they prepare for both domestic and European campaigns.
