Bibiani Gold Stars Football Club has been fined five thousand Ghana cedis by the Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee for breaching matchday accreditation and access-control rules during its Ghana Premier League game against Accra Hearts of Oak.
The club was found guilty of allowing its Chief Executive Officer, Kwasi Adu, to enter the restricted inner perimeter without authorisation, where he verbally assaulted match officials.
The GFA has directed the club to pay the fine within fourteen days of receiving notification of the decision.
Bibiani Gold Stars has also been warned that any further misconduct could result in more severe disciplinary sanctions.
