Ghana international, Kamaldeen Sulemana looks set to snub interest from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam in favour of a move to French outfit Rennes.
The youngster had strongly linked with Ajax since the closure of the 2020/21 campaign, where he starred for Nordsjaelland in Danish league.
However, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, the Ghanaian is well poised for a move to France rather than joining national teammate, Mohammed Kudus in the Netherlands.
Fabrizio Romano revealed in a social media post that the forward was in Rennes 15 days ago where he visited and looked at the facilities and training ground of the Ligue 1.

Ajax were leading the race but now he seems tempted about joining Ligue1 – Rennes hope for Sulemana to sign his contract in the next hours, Monaco contacted him too few days ago. https://t.co/AWoYrw05E3

Kamaldeen was one of the best players for the Danish club last season, scoring 10 goals in 29 games as his side finished sixth in the Superliga.

Missing out in the Ghanaian will also be a huge blow for the Dutch side who had been toured the favourites for his signature but Rennes have moved ahead in that regard.
